LONDON (Alliance News) - Schroder UK Growth Fund PLC Thursday said Alan Clifton retired as chairman and director of the company, and did not seek re-election at its annual general meeting held Thursday.
Clifton will be succeeded by Carolan Dobson.
Shares in Schroder UK Growth Fund were up 1.0% at 159.64 pence Thursday.
