LONDON (Alliance News) - Anglo-South African brewer SABMiller PLC on Monday said it has agreed an expected timetable for its takeover by Belgian drinks giant Anheuser-Busch InBev NV.
The pair expect the GBP79.00 billion takeover to complete on October 10.
Shares in SABMiller closed up 0.1% at 4,420 pence on Monday.
