LONDON (Alliance News) - Sabien Technology Group PLC said Thursday it appointed Charles Goodfellow to its board as non-executive director.
Goodfellow is a corporate broker with over 25 years' experience of fund raising for small and mid-caps, the company said. He currently holds directorships at several companies including Woodlands Lery Ltd, Newco1957 Ltd and Property Consortia Unum LLP.
Furthermore, Sabien said that Non-Executive Director Martin Blake has stepped down from its board with immediate effect.
Sabien shares were trading down 19% at 0.12 pence each on Thursday.
