LONDON (Alliance News) - Renewable Energy Generation Ltd on Friday said it remains in talks with a potential buyer of its trading subsidiaries.
The company entered the talks in October and expects to get a formal offer once the unnamed potential buyer completes due diligence.
It will make a further announcement on the talks in due course.
