Regenersis To Open Memphis Facility To Support New Wincor Nixdorf Deal

12th Mar 2014 09:56

LONDON (Alliance News) - Regenersis PLC Wednesday said it had won a three-year contract with IT solutions and services provider Wincor Nixdorf, to manage the repair of their point-of-sales terminals in North America.

Regenersis, which provides outsourcing services for consumer technology companies, said the new agreement includes the repair and overhaul of a wide range of products for the growing installed base of Wincor Nixdorf products. It said it has supported Wincor Nixdorf in Europe for many years.

Regenersis said it will open a new facility in Memphis, in the US state of Tennessee, to support the deal, which will provide a base of operations for pursuing further opportunities with Wincor Nixdorf and other potential clients. It said the new facility will represent a significant new growth opportunity for the group.

Last week, the group said it had secured new business wins, which it expects to have an annualised revenue of at least GBP10 million upon reaching their full run rate, in its second-half.

Shares in Regenersis were trading 3.9% lower at 355.61 pence per share Wednesday morning.
