LONDON (Alliance News) - Red Leopard Holdings PLC said Wednesday it has raised GBP175,000 through the placing of 175 million shares at 0.1 pence each with new investors.
Subscribers also will be granted 1.5 warrants for each share subscribed for under the placing, which will allow them to subscribe for further shares at the same price.
Additionally, City & Westminster Corporate Finance LLP have requested to convert all GBP20,000 of its convertible loan notes into 20 million shares at the same price. Following this conversion City & Westminster will hold a 3.75% interest in the company.
Shares in Red Leopard Holdings were untraded Wednesday afternoon. It last closed at 0.183 pence.
