LONDON (Alliance News) - Publishing Technology PLC on Thursday confirmed that David Montgomery, who was appointed as acting chief executive officer in October, will take on the role on a permanent basis.
Executive Chairman Martyn Rose will revert to non-executive chairman with immediate effect.
Montgomery had previously been the company's chief technology officer since November 2014.
Shares in Publishing Technology were untraded Thursday morning. They last closed at 123.00 pence.
