(Alliance News) - Diales Group PLC on Monday announced it will beat the market view for the financial year that ended in late September, citing demand for its specialist dispute resolution, among others.
The London-based professional services consultancy, focused on construction and engineering, expects to report revenue rising to GBP44.0 million in the financial year to September 30, up 6.8% from GBP41.2 million a year prior.
Underlying operating profit from continuing operations of no less than GBP1.8 million is expected, a climb of at least 20% from GBP1.5 million and beating market expectations.
As at September 30, DIales had cash balances of around GBP3.3 million, up 10% from GBP3.0m a year prior and down 15% from GBP3.9 million as at March 31.
Chief Executive Officer Mark Wheeler said: "Whilst market conditions have remained challenging in certain territories, particularly across parts of the Middle East and Europe, demand for the group's specialist dispute resolution and expert services has remained resilient. We continue to invest selectively in talent and capability to support future growth."
Diales shares rose 6.1% to 32.36 pence each on Monday just before noon in London.
