LONDRA (Alliance News) - Premaitha Health PLC, an molecular diagnostics group, said Thursday that it will appoint Hayden Jeffreys to the board as group commercial director upon completion of the customary directorate due diligence.
Jeffreys has over 20 years of experience in the clinical diagnostics industry, with multiple roles as senior international commercial and operational. Most recently, he was chief operating officer of Cambridge Epigenetix, a privately held early-stage diagnostic company.
Premaitha Health Chief Executive Officer Lyn Rees said: "Having worked in diagnostics businesses that provide both products and services, Hayden has an excellent understanding of the commercial dynamics of our business. He has a proven track-record of driving traction in new technologies within molecular diagnostics and a keen understanding of regulatory environments. I believe Hayden will be a valuable addition to the management team."
Shares in Premaitha Health were trading 3.4% lower at 13.76 pence per share.
