(Alliance News) - PME African Infrastructure Opportunities PLC on Tuesday proposed the cancellation of its AIM listing.
The delisting requires approval from at least 75% of shareholders cast at an extraordinary general meeting to be held on February 4.
If the resolution is passed, it is expected the delisting will occur on February 12.
