(Alliance News) - Plus500 Ltd on Monday said it expects revenue and adjusted earnings to exceed current market expectations for 2026, after what it called a third quarter of strong financial results and strategic progress.
The Haifa, Israel-based trading platform operator said revenue for the three months that ended September 30 was USD203.2 million, up 11% from USD182.7 million a year earlier. Revenue for the first nine months of 2026 increased 11% to USD666.1 million from USD597.8 million.
Plus500 said its non-over-the-counter business continued to increase in importance, accounting for about 16% of group revenue and 31% of new customers in the first nine months of 2026. The OTC business, meanwhile, launched new offerings and expanded into new geographies.
Third-quarter earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation rose 6.9% to USD88.4 million from USD82.7 million a year earlier. Ebitda for the first nine months increased 3.0% to USD275.9 million from USD267.8 million.
New customers rose 27% to 28,747 in the third quarter from 22,644 a year earlier. For the first nine months, new customers increased 20% to 94,470 from 78,809.
David Zruia, chief executive of Plus500, said: "Plus500 has delivered significant strategic and operational progress in Q3 and throughout 2026, underpinning strong financial results.
"With momentum accelerating across the group, the board expects that FY 2026 revenue and Ebitda will be ahead of current market expectations."
Plus500 cited these as USD358.0 million in Ebitda on USD837.6 million in revenue. This would be up from USD348.1 million and USD792.4 million, respectively, in 2025.
Shares in Plus500 were up 4.1% at 3,424.00 pence on Monday morning in London.
