(Alliance News) - Pembroke VCT PLC on Monday said it has issued GBP20 million worth of B shares in relation to its subscription offer.
In September 2019, the venture capital trust launched an offer for subscription for up to GBP20 million of B shares which included an over-allotment facility for up to a further GBP20 million of B shares. In January, it said it would utilise GBP10 million of the over-allotment facility. In February, it said it would utilise the final GBP10 million of the facility.
On Monday, Pembroke said that in relation to the subscription offer, it issued around 6.9 million shares, worth GBP20 million on Friday. The shares were issued at a price range between 116.87 pence and 123.82p.
Following admission, the company's issued share capital comprises of 18.1 million ordinary shares and 74.1 million B shares.
Pembroke's ordinary shares closed 1.0% lower on Monday in London at 95.00 pence each. The company's B shares closed untraded, last quoted at 106.50p each.
