LONDON (Alliance News) - PeerTV PLC shares were suspended on Thursday after the company said Chief Financial Officer Ossie Weitman had resigned.
ZAI Corporate Finance, PeerTV's nominated adviser, indicated it would resign from its role should Weitzman not withdraw his decision.
PeerTV said it now making efforts to persuade Weitzman to stay but requested the suspension of its shares under the situation is clarified.
