LONDON (Alliance News) - PeerTV PLC on Friday said its finance director will remain in place, having withdrawn his resignation, but the television over the internet company said it has lost a non-executive director and its nominated adviser.
PeerTV on Thursday said Ossie Weitzman, its finance director, had resigned from his role, prompting nominated adviser ZAI Corporate Finance to say it would resign should he leave.
On Friday, PeerTV said that Weitzman will stay but that ZAI still has resigned, meaning PeerTV shares will remain suspended and will be cancelled in a month if the company fails to appoint a new nominated adviser.
In addition, the company said Kavi Dhana has resigned as a non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
