LONDON (Alliance News) - PeerTV PLC said Monday that Chief Executive Officer Avi Vermus has resigned from its board with immediate effect.
PeerTV did not provide a reason for Vermus' resignation. It said it is "devoting its full resources to the PeerTV team to support and build" its over-the-top television technology business.
Shares in PeerTV were up 16% at 2.75 pence Monday following the news.
