LONDON (Alliance News) - Derriston Capital PLC on Monday said Paul Curtis cut his holding in the company following a transaction on Friday last week.
Curtis reduced his stake to 1.3%, having previously held 7.3%.
Shares in Derriston were down 4.8% on Monday at 17.13 pence each.
Derriston in May bought S4 Capital Ltd, which was set up by former WPP PLC Chief Executive Martin Sorrell, who is now the executive chairman of Derriston.
