LONDON (Alliance News) - Patagonia Gold PLC on Friday said it has conditionally raised GBP510,000 by way of a direct subscription for 34.0 million shares at 1.5 pence each.
The proceeds of the subscription will be used to provide general working capital. Shares in Patagonia closed at 2.0p on Thursday.
Patagonia Gold is a mining company with gold and silver projects in the southern Patagonia region of Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.
