LONDON (Alliance News) - Patagonia Gold on Friday said Finance Director Gonzalo Tanoira has stepped down from his role to become a non-executive director.
Cristian Lopez Saubidet will take over the financial role as interim chief financial officer.
Shares in Patagonia Gold were untraded on Friday, last quoted at 1.87 pence.
