(Alliance News) - Park Group PLC on Friday said it has appointed Lookers PLC remuneration committee chair Sally Cabrini to its board.
Cabrini joins Park Group, the company behind LOVE2SHOP vouchers, as a non-executive director with effect from Wednesday next week.
"Sally brings with her a record of relevant experience, as a board member, member of audit and risk committees and chair of remuneration committee of Lookers. Her executive experience includes roles with Interserve Group Ltd, United Utilities PLC and Northern Foods PLC," said Park Group.
Shares in Park Group closed up 0.5% at 53.00 pence in London on Friday.
