LONDON (Alliance News) - Property investment company Panther Securities PLC on Tuesday said it will pay a special dividend for 2015 following good progress on its asset sales programme.
The company will pay a special dividend for the year of 10.00 pence per share. Back in September, the company had tripled its interim payout, mostly due to interest rate swap gains.
Panther said it has completed GBP10.6 million in property sales since the start of 2015, mostly at prices well above 2014 book value. Further sales are currently in progress, it said, and the company expects more to come to fruition in the current year.
Panther shares were untraded on Tuesday, having last traded at 355.00 pence.
