(Alliance News) - P2P Global Investments PLC said Tuesday its board has resolved to change the company's name to Pollen Street Secured Lending PLC, with effect from Wednesday.
No change will be made to the company itself, registered address or investment policy and process under the same manager, PSC Credit Holdings LLP.
"The board believes the new name more accurately reflects the ongoing strategy of the company and shows the continued support and commitment of the investment manager to the performance of the company," said Chair Stuart Cruickshank.
Shares in P2P Global Investments were down 0.3% at 825.52 pence on Tuesday afternoon.
