(Alliance News) - P2P Global Investments PLC on Friday said it will pay a 12 pence per share dividend for the three months to June.
This dividend is the same as the quarterly figure paid for the three months to March.
P2P added: "The company has elected to designate all of the interim dividend for the three month period to 30 June 2019, as an interest distribution to its shareholders.
"In doing so the company is taking advantage of UK tax treatment by "streaming" income from interest-bearing investments into dividends that will be taxed in the hands of shareholders as interest income."
Shares in P2P Global closed up 0.5% at 846.04 pence each in London on Friday afternoon.
