LONDON (Alliance News) - OneView Group PLC started trading on AIM on Monday, with SalvaRx Group PLC set to follow this week and Osirium Ltd due to join them in April.
OneView, a mobile point-of-sale provider, was the subject of a reverse takeover by AIM-listed investing company Armour Group PLC in February. Armour acquired the company for 305.3 million shares, issued at 5.0 pence apiece.
Shares in OneView were trading at 5.0 pence on Monday.
OneView said it expects full-year revenue of USD8.0 million for the full year to the end of March, more than double a year earlier, adding its pipeline of opportunities remains very strong.
In another reverse takeover deal, biotechnology company SalvaRx is set to start trading on AIM on Tuesday after reversing into investment company 3Legs Resources PLC.
SalvaRx, a cancer immunotherapy development company, owns a 61% stake in iOx, a company developing a series of cancer immunotherapy compounds.
"The listing of SalvaRx on AIM is the next step in growing our business, helping us as we seek to assemble a diverse portfolio of immunotherapy assets. Our strategy allows the company's funds to be used directly in developing compounds to a value inflection point, whilst also building a wider pipeline through select acquisitions," said Ian Walters, the proposed chief executive of SalvaRx.
Also coming to AIM is Osirium Ltd, a cyber security company. The company said it will look to raise at least GBP4.0 million in proceeds to back the development of its cyber security products and increase the size of its sales and marketing teams.
Osirium, which will carry out the listing through financial adviser, nominated adviser and broker Panmure Gordon (UK) Ltd, said dealings in its shares are expected to start on AIM in April.
No details on share pricing or market capitalisation were provided by Osirium.
