LONDON (Alliance News) - Online beach holiday retailer On the Beach Group PLC on Tuesday said Chief Financial Officer Wendy Parry has announced her retirement.
Parry will be replaced by Paul Meehan, who is finance director at Gala Coral Interactive (Gibraltar) Ltd, which is part of the newly-merged bookmaker Ladbrokes Coral Group PLC.
Parry will be available for "as long as required" to ensure a smooth and orderly handover.
"I am delighted that Paul has agreed to join On the Beach as chief financial officer. He is an excellent cultural fit for the business and his skills, knowledge and experience will be invaluable as the group continues on its strong growth trajectory in both the UK and internationally," Chief Executive Simon Cooper said in a statement.
Shares in On the Beach were trading down 0.4% at 251.00 pence on Tuesday.
