(Alliance News) - Pharmaceutical development company Nuformix PLC on Monday said Non-Executive Director John Lidgey will resign effective from Friday.
Lidgey was chair of investment company Levrett PLC from its launch in 2008 until its merger with Nuformix in October 2017.
"On behalf of the board and the company, I would like to sincerely thank John for his work and commitment during his tenure, a period of accomplishment as Nuformix has established itself post the reverse merger with Levrett plc. We would like to wish John well in his future endeavours," said Nuformix Chair Dave Tapolczay.
Shares in London-based Nuformix were down 3.1% at 8.67 pence each on Monday afternoon in London.
