Nostrum Says Van Hecke Now Non-Executive After Stint As Interim CEO

(Alliance News) - Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC on Friday said its board has designated Kaat Van Hecke as an independent non-executive director effective from Thursday.

Van Hecke took up the role of interim chief executive in December after the London-based exploration & production company announced the resignation of Kai-Uwe Kessel amid a strategic review.

At the time, Nostrum said Van Hecke would will step down on August 31 and resume her role as a non-executive director.

In September, the company said it is in the process of recruiting a full-time CEO, adding that Executive Chair Atul Gupta will step into the role on an interim basis as planned until the process is concluded and a new chief is hired.

Shares in Nostrum were untraded on Friday morning in London, last quoted at 10.52 pence each.
