LONDON (Alliance News) - North Midland Construction PLC on Monday said Senior Non-Executive Director Steve Brown will retire later in the year.
The construction engineering company said Brown has been with the company for 14 years.
North Midland Construction has already started the search for a replacement, it said.
"Steve's knowledge, experience and most particularly wisdom have proved invaluable and of immeasurable benefit to the group," said Executive Chairman Robert Moyle.
"Both the board and shareholders are indebted to him for his total commitment and formally extend our thanks to him for his 14 years' service," added Moyle.
Shares in North Midland Construction were trading 2.0% lower on Monday at 495.00 pence each.
