(Alliance News) - EJF Investments Ltd on Wednesday said Newton Investment Management Ltd now holds a 6.1% interest in the company.
Prior to this transaction on Monday, Newton Investment's stake, if any, was not reported.
EJF shares were untraded on Wednesday in London, last quoted at 189.00 pence each.
