LONDON (Alliance News) - Namibian Resources PLC on Monday said its shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM, the London Stock Exchange's junior market, at 0700 BST on Wednesday this week.
The scheduled date for cancellation marks six months from when trading in the company's shares was suspended.
In a statement, Namibian Resources said that "although it has made considerable progress on the proposed acquisition of Petro Kouilou SA, it is not yet in a position to publish an AIM admission document in this respect".
"The company will continue to work towards concluding the acquisition and will write to shareholders with further information in due course," Namibian Resources said.
