LONDON (Alliance News) - Namibian Resources PLC on Friday said its two Executive Directors David Johnson and Michael Solomon are stepping down from the board with immediate effect.
The company did not state why Johnson and Solomon are stepping down.
Shares in Namibian Resources were untraded on Friday, last quoted at 0.250 pence.
