Cobra Resources PLC - South Australia-focused mineral exploration and development company - Reports first drill results at its Manna Hill copper project in South Australia, confirming new copper discoveries that it says materially upgrade the project's copper and gold mineral potential. Results include 32 metres at 0.7% copper from 52 metres and 10 metres at 0.39% copper from 104 metres. The drilling programme has been extended to 64 holes from 32 completed to date. Managing Director Rupert Verco comments: "The first results tick all the boxes: new discoveries, high-grade, shallow depths, width and a significant technical advancement towards defining the porphyry source.
"Our primary objective for this drilling is to test for scale that could support a shallow resource that could meet the criteria of low strip open pit mining. These initial results are delivering that thesis."
