LONDON (Alliance News) - MX Oil PLC on Monday said it has now changed its name to ADM Energy PLC after a resolution was passed at its general meeting.
On Friday, MX Oil said three of the six resolutions put to vote at a general meeting were passed, including the name change resolution. A proposed share capital consolidation and share admission were also approve.
Shareholders rejected a resolution to renew MX Oil's authority to allot shares and to adopt a share option plan - resolutions 2 and 3 respectively. Also, rejected was resolution 4, the disapplication of pre-emption rights.
Shares in MX Oil were down 1.6% at 0.32 pence on Monday afternoon.
