(Alliance News) - Housebuilder MJ Gleeson PLC on Tuesday said Andrew Coppel and Fiona Goldsmith will join the company as non-executives in October, replacing two departing directors.
Coppel is currently the chair of AIM-listed real estate firm Dolphin Capital Investors and formerly held a non-executive position at Crest Nicholson Holdings PLC.
Goldsmith chairs the audit committee at Safestyle UK PLC and is a former finance director of Land Securities Group PLC.
Ross Ancell and Colin Dearlove will step down from the board after more than ten years of service.
Chair Dermot Gleeson said: "We are delighted to welcome Coppel and Goldsmith to the board. They will bring a wealth of experience with them and we very much look forward to working with them."
Shares in MJ Gleeson closed 2.8% higher at 812.00 pence each in London on Tuesday.
