LONDON (Alliance News) - Mirriad Advertising PLC said Tuesday that John Pearson will succeed Roger Faxon as chair of the company with immediate effect, as part of a strategic refocusing of the business.
The advertising software company added that Faxon will remain on the board as non-executive director while the board conducts a search for a new non-executive director.
Pearson - a former CEO of Virgin Radio and Virgin Radio International - has been on the company's board since October 2017. He currently is the chair of FinTech currency platform FairFX Group PLC.
Mirriad shares were up 12% on Tuesday afternoon in London at 7.25 pence each.
