LONDON (Alliance News) - Minco PLC shares rose Monday morning after a lengthy legal claim against the company was dismissed by the English High Court.
Minco shares were up 42% to 0.957 pence per share on Monday morning.
The mineral exploration company said the court dismissed a claim made against the company and two of its directors back in November 2013 by John Bennington Sears, who was claiming damages for alleged misrepresentation.
The case was heard over a 10-day period in the High Court of Justice, with the claim being dismissed last Friday.
