LONDON (Alliance News) - Berry Global Group Inc on Monday said it has received approvals for buying RPC Group PLC from competition authorities in Mexico.
This follows similar approvals from the European Commission, South Africa, and the US.
Berry will pay 793 pence per share for rival packaging business RPC in a GBP3.34 billion deal. RPC shares were 0.1% higher on Monday at a price of 789.20p.
