LONDON (Alliance News) - Mercom Oil Sands PLC on Thursday said it has issued a total of 1.8 million shares to cover director fees and other advisory fees and charges.
Of the shares issued, 523,415 have been issued to Kyle Appleby, a non-executive director of the company, at 3.63 pence per share. He now owns 994,081 shares in the company, or a 5.7% stake.
Shares in Mercom were untraded on Thursday, having last traded at 2.90 pence.
