LONDON (Alliance News) - Mercom Capital Corp PLC on Wednesday said it has raised GBP225,000 to back its investment policy.
Mercom will issue 9.0 million shares at 2.5 pence per share, in addition to one warrant for every two placing shares exercisable at 5.0p. Mercom shares were down 6.8% to 2.91 pence Wednesday.
The funds will be used by the company to back investments in the financial services, financial technology and natural resources sectors, plus working capital.
