LONDON (Alliance News) - Mercantile Investment Trust said on Friday it will appoint two non-executive directors to its board with effect from July 1.
Graham Kitchen will join the board from Janus Henderson Investors where he was global head of equities. He is currently non-executive director of Invesco Perpetual Select Trust PLC and Places for People.
Founder and director of NextWealth Ltd, Heather Hopkins, will also join the trust. She is a current director of UK Platform Awards and The Open Strings Foundation.
Shares in Mercantile Investment Trust closed up 0.6% at 222.10 pence on Friday.
