LONDON (Alliance News) - MBL Group PLC said Monday it will consult with shareholders to return cash in a "transparent and open manner".
The home entertainments products distributor will hold a new annual general meeting on November 22 to consul shareholders on its strategy to return cash, after its previous AGM was adjourned on October 12.
"As a result of adjournment of the AGM, the board will now consult further with the company's substantial shareholders about confirming the support for the board in implementing that strategy," the company said.
MBL shares were trading up 23% at 4.00 pence each on Monday.
