LONDON (Alliance News) - MBL Group PLC said on Thursday it noted the sharp rise in its share price, and is not aware of any unpublished inside information.
Shares in the home entertainments products distributor closed up 73% at 4.75 pence on Thursday.
The company did note that there was commentary posted online seeking shareholder support for a potential reverse takeover of a natural resource asset.
In addition, MBL Group received an informal approach concerning a potential acquisition of a natural resources asset, but it said it does not consider itself in any form of talks that would lead to a transaction.
