LONDON (Alliance News) - Maven Income & Growth VCT PLC said Thursday it appointed Alison Fielding and Andrew Harrington as non-executive directors, each with effect from January 1.
Meanwhile, Non-Executive Director Fiona Wollocombe will resign from January 24. She has been a director for the company since 2004. She served as chairman of the group from 2005 to 2010.
Fielding is currently a venture partner at IP Group PLC, with her role there including two directorships with portfolio companies Perachem Holdings PLC, of which she is chairman, and Getech Group PLC.
Harrington is co-owner of AHV Associates LLP, which was formed in 2001 and works alongside management teams and shareholders across many sectors to advise on transactions, such as the purchase or sale of companies and capital raising, the company said.
Maven Income & Growth VCT shares were down 2.3% at 42.00 pence each on Thursday.
