LONDON (Alliance News) - Market Tech Holdings Ltd on Thursday said it has completed phase one of its mixed use development in London, with the handover of a new community primary school to the London Borough of Camden.
The property investor said the 210-place Hawley Infants School was designed around a central courtyard and each classroom has its own outdoor zone.
Progress across the rest of the Hawley Wharf development continues on schedule and on budget, with the first retail and leisure units to come online in the fourth quarter of 2017.
"The opening of Hawley Infants School is a significant milestone for Market Tech. Underlining our commitment to the local community, the school will sit alongside Hawley Wharf's new living, retail and leisure offering," said Property Director Mark Alper.
Shares in Market Tech were up 0.2% at 138.25 pence on Thursday morning.
