(Alliance News) - Management Consulting Group PLC on Monday said Senior Independent Director Julian Waldron has resigned, effective from the end of the year.
Waldron also is chair of the board's audit & risk committee.
The professional services firm says the recruitment process for a new independent non-executive director is already underway.
Shares in Management Consulting Group closed 2.6% lower a 1.56 pence per share on Monday in London.
