LONDON (Alliance News) - Maistro PLC proposed an open offer Monday, enabling existing shareholders to apply for a total 25.0 million shares to raise up to GBP250,000.
Qualifying shareholders will have an entitlement of 1 share for every 7.28 existing shares held and will also have the opportunity to apply for additional shares under the excess application facility, which is at the full discretion of the board of the company.
Shares in Maistro closed down 0.8% at 1.24 pence each.
