LONDON (Alliance News) - Ludgate Environmental Fund Ltd on Friday said it has struck a GBP4.0 million deal to sell Ignis Biomass Ltd to infrastructure investor Equitix Ltd.
Ludgate will get GBP2.4 million of the consideration on completion, with the rest deferred pending Ignis hitting certain performance targets.
Shares in Ludgate were untraded on Friday morning, having last traded at 35.44 pence.
