LONDON (Alliance News) - London & St Lawrence Investment Co PLC on Friday said it has decided to undertake a strategic review into the company's future.
London & St Lawrence, which invests in trusts, said that once the review has concluded it will make a further announcement regarding the conclusions.
The announcement comes two weeks after London & St Lawrence said it underperformed the FTSE All-Share Index in its recent financial year, and its discount of share price to net asset value widened.
Shares in London & St Lawrence were untraded on Friday, having last traded at 349.00 pence.
