LONDON (Alliance News) - ACHP PLC, a company which holds a 30% investment in a Lloyd’s managing agent, Asta, said Tuesday Non-Executive Director Loic Brivezac has resigned from the company, effective immediately.

It gave no reason for his departure.

Brivezac has served on the board of Pro PLC since January 2013, having previously been on the board from June 2007 to June 2012. Brivezac joined Financiere Pinault in September 1999, first as an accounting manager and then, from January 2006, as the financial controller manager.

Prior to joining Financiere Pinault, Brivezac was an auditor at Adexi SA from 1990 to 1997 and an accounting manager at Capri Enterprises SNC from 1997 to 1999. Brivezac also represents Groupe Artemis as a director on a number of company boards, including Christie's International PLC and Stade Rennais football club.

Shares in ACHP were down 8.6% at 9.60 pence Tuesday midday.
