(Alliance News) - Liberty Minerals PLC on Monday announced its intention to list on London's AIM market in late October.
The London-based mineral exploration company is focused on tungsten projects and has an interest in antimony, molybdenum copper, silver and zinc in Arizona and Idaho, US.
Liberty Minerals, as the holding company of Liberty Minerals Holding Inc, is developing two mining assets: the brownfield tungsten Boriana project in Arizona and the Idaho Buckhorn project, which provides exposure to antimony, copper, silver and molybdenum.
Liberty Minerals said the two projects consist of unpatented mining claims located on land managed by the US bureau of land management.
Liberty said it raised GBP662,000 through a pre-initial public offering fundraise but has not yet confirmed the amount it intends to raise through its IPO.
Liberty's chief executive officer is Charles Stephenson and Guy Winterflood is independent non-executive chair.
