LED International Chairman Steps Down And Nominated Adviser Resigns

20th Jul 2016 12:27

LONDON (Alliance News) - LED screen maker LED International Holdings Ltd on Wednesday said its chairman has stepped down and its nominated adviser has resigned.

LED said Stephen Weatherseed has resigned as the company's chairman with immediate effect.

Meanwhile, Allenby Capital Ltd has resigned as its nominated adviser, also with immediate effect.

LED International gave no reason for the two resignations.

Shares in the company are already suspending pending publication of its interim results for the six months to the end of December 2015. If the company does not appoint a new Nomad within a month, its shares would be suspended for that reason as well.
